Installation made into Music and Arts Spring Festival
in Costa Brava, in the town of Calella.

The installation is inspired by the great Spanish and Catalan 

artist from the last century, specially Miro. Taking the 

background of mediterranean typical coast town, using the 

white walls of the construction and House. as a big canvas 

where I design an specific site installation only for this event.

Using second hand objects, acrylic and sprai paint and 

sheet as a base for the paints.

All the symbols and icons I used are coming from 

inside- soul and inconsious.

FLUOR TIGHTS AND UMBRELLAS

 

In this window project I not only use the colour
contrast aswell it was important to use a material
contrast.

We live in a world where we are consuming cheap
products made in Asia together with luxury products
made in Europe ateliers, where the handmade and the
quality are the higher point.

Therefore why not mixt all together, is possible to find 

the beauty in a window display, where the quality
products are together with the most cheap and lower
objects in this world.

PLASTIC LIDS // Water tower Istanbul

Tuzla

Plastic Lids in a water tower is an intervention
created for a Harun's paradise, a bohemian 
Hotel house in Tuzla, Istanbul.
I found so many plastic lids in the place and
I decide to use them in a way that they seem
to be falling from the sky.
The best location in the top of the old water
tower outside in the Hotel's garden.

OIL CONTAINER // Tuzla, Istanbul

During my stage in Kampile Sanat (art-camp) I

created a couple of works, the one I show now is 

the Oil container that is an object-sculpture made

from an old oil container and wood chips.

This work talks about forms and textures, how our

eye and brain get used to determinate shapes. Play

ing with this specific vision and breaking the laws,

looking for news ways of seeing and approaching

to others possibles realities.

PARROT IN MY WINDOW

Parrot

It came to my hands a carton white parrot, I customize him

with some black and green tape. As I've been using in my

previous work in Istanbul (MAPS OF ISTANBUL) I used

the city landscape where I live as a background,, beeing part

of the total work.

In this case the Parrot is suspended in the window clothesline.

Creating the effect that the Parrot is like a music note. I use

the contrast between the images of the city landscape and the

carton Parrot but as well I play with the sizes, somehow trying

to make a game to people's eye.

SUPER EYE // Tape

This is the Eye project, made with adhesive colour
tape: black, red and green. In the middle, the Iris,
I used a metal pan lid that I found abandoned in
the kitchen.
The Eye is in one of my house white walls and is
about 4 meters long and 2 meters high.
I like this days to go back to Tape,,,,I use it and
work with a lot of freedom and improvisation.
I express myself directly and quickly without
worrying too much about errors because with
the adhesive I can edit and change in the same
time I have the feeling and the idea in my head
and my hands.

BAZAR OBJECTS

The idea of this Window work its based in objects,
in objects from a chinese bazaar, apparently ugly,
the objects were put upon a structure realised with
pallets. I painted the pallets of colour orange and I
after I cover them with embroider fabric.
I wanted to have a vintage style.

LET'S PLAY TENNIS

Was summer time and I felt to do a window design with tennis
ambientation, rakets, net, balls...
For completing the set I used plastic camaras for children, its
a very special object we had in the 80.

GUNS // Christma's time

This time I got the job to make a window shop Chrisma's
decoration for a young and openmind company.
I was surprise one day to find a silver plastic guns and got
the inspiration to built balls and use them as a Chrisma's
decoration. Aswell I wanted to do this because of the 2on
lecture and maybe the most important:
guns and Chrisma's going together
The background and the floor I covered with silver plastic
sheet and silver shiny fabric.

PLASTER CLOTHES

This work was created for a fashion store in barcelona.
I took my old clothes from the wardrobe and I use them to
create a mural. I dipped the clothes in plaster and after drying
I painted them with fluorescent colours, yellow and red.
I gathered the clothes together with bridles.

BUTTONS AND FELT // Furniture

A store from barcelona asked me to costumize some old
furniture found on the streets. One of the pieces was a
really nice cabinet with mirrors inside and curvy legs.
I covered the cabinet with red felt and buttons using the
three primary colours, I use aswell passementerie to
emphazise the piece.
The oval table, was made with  shiny blue and silver
fabric and finishing with fringe passementerie.

MUSIK




This Cd table was made for a clothes store in barcelona, they asked
me something special for keeping and storing casual street clothes.
I realize a wood structure base to hold the 286 CD cover.
I made a colour copy of the albums.
In fact they are two tables in one. You can separate the 2 peaces and
have lower tables.
The mesures aprox are 120 x 80 x 85 high
